TeePay, help needed from you all.

tim posted this 16th April 2009 10:50am

On May the 1st howies will not be alone, we are launching a tee shirt company called TeePay.com. The concept will be very simple.

  • you design what you’d like to print on a tee shirt
  • you upload your design/s to the teepay site
  • you market it however you want to whoever you want
  • we promote Teepay and all the tee shirts online
  • anyone can do it and if you think you’ve got some ideas then lets see them
  • if you sell 50 shirts or more  we print them and pay you a royalty for every shirt sold
  • everyone gets a piece of the cake
  • simple

But we need some help, there’s an option to pay some of the royalty to charity and we’d like to know your five favorite charities. so please let us know one and all. howies will of course be giving it’s earthtax donations as well.  Please link this blog to as many others as you can as we need this info pretty darn quick.

Great idea, good luck with it. Charity top 5? Just 1 – Fairbridge. Youth-led org with an outdoors focus… much like Howies i guess. Vested interest? Yeah, i work for them. Fairbridge that is.

Hi, I was just about to contact you with an idea for a t-shirt to help raise money for my London to Paris cycle ride for Macmillan Cancer Support. Sounds like a great idea… I may well be one of the first to sign up!

Sounds like a really good idea!

There are so many charities? One close to heart is the Prostate Cancer Charity …

A cheeky plug, last week I ran The Paris Marathon for the charity, if anyone can dig deep and sponsor me it would mean so much! http://www.justgiving.com/paris_2009_prostate

  32. Angela Sessions Says:

Didn’t see a mention of SAVE THE CHILDREN.
It’s actually Save the Children week from 26th April and people all over the country are raising funds by holding tea parties so if you see one go and support em!
Any charities involving the welfare of children have to be a good choice. Might be a good idea to pick a charity that perhaps represents a different area for your top 5, ie poverty, childrens welfare, disability, animals etc…?
