Ireland

A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to be invited on a small relaxed trip to Bundoran on the North West coast of Ireland, the premise was to get a group of like minded surfers and loads of different types of boards and have some fun. Well it worked, Tom Wegener and his family came with their finless wonders and John Issac and the Revolver surf shop gang, revolversurf came over with a weird and wonderful selection of boards the best being the finless foam board found in a skip by Jimbo! It was also great to finally meet James and Elsie face to face and be witness to there fantastic style on their surfboards. Thanks also to Toby and Dai who kept me company and made laugh on the twelve hour journey to get there.

Thanks to everyone on the trip for making such fun times, the only problem is all I want to do now is go surfing. Thank god for winter storms.

    Have you guys watched WaveRiders?
I’m not a big surfing fan but it’s an epic movie.
