not the enemy

Tomorrow we’re switching over to a new server. It’s been chuffing along in the cupboard for years and it’s kinda lost it recently.

It’s called HWS-SRV-01 which doesn’t really have a ring to it. It’s our primary server, it serves our email and everything. It’s done us proud.

So for sometime tomorrow we will all be offline while our IT men unplug all the wires and then plug back in all the wires, press the power button and we all hold our breath.

BUT luckily our website will still function fine so you can continue to make orders like any other thursday and with a good wind we will get them out to you same day.

We can still be contacted via the phone but we are unable to check up on your orders and/or process them. Emma, Hollie and Hayley are on 01239 614122.

Now all together… Cross fingers!
